亚马逊如果要出售有品牌备案的产品，便需要得到品牌拥有者的授权，即使是自家的两个账号也是一样的，否则会被亚马逊以侵权行为给账号带来些负面的影响。
在亚马逊备案时，品牌持有人备案要有企业邮箱，而经销商备案yoga授权书来替代企业邮箱进行提交，这是亚马逊分辨是否为关联的方式之一，所以需要提供合法的授权书，这样亚马逊也不会去查看两个账号是否存在关联。
品牌授权书可以直接在亚马逊的后台下载，在品牌备案的界面点进去，里面有亚马逊给的模板，需要的卖家可以去找一下，下面这份就是从亚马逊后台下载下来的。

授权书是PDF的格式，下载之后可以直接用PDF编辑器填写，也可以转成word格式后填写，比较麻烦的是下面几行，不过填写内容也不复杂。
其余内容可以直接在文档中填写，最后的品牌持有者联系人需要手写的签名以及盖章，再扫描成PDF之后上传给亚马逊，填写完成之后再把其他资料一同上传后等待亚马逊的回复。
